The DeltaWasp Zen Heater Cartridge is easy to replace, for High Temperature (to 350C) and Low Temperature (280C) materials and nozzle size options of 0.4mm, 0.7mm and 1.2mm.

This improved and simpler extruder has an easy change system for the Heater Cartridge, so that you can swap between the LT (280C) and HT(350C) and nozzle sizes from 0.4 mm to 1.2mm as you need to run different materials and resolutions.

The Zen system incorporates an easily removable heater cartridge composed of a coupler, barrel and nozzle, the whole unit is installed and removed by a quarter turn screw. There are two DeltaWasp Zen Heater Cartridge types, one with a steel barrel for high temperature (350C) materials, the other with a standard teflon barrel for lower temperature materials (280C), and three nozzle sizes, 0.4mm. 0.7mm and 1.2mm.
