The FLUX Beam Air Pro features a sophisticated three-stage filtration system:
- Pre-Filter Layer: Captures large airborne particles such as wood tar and cellulose particles.
- Intermediate Filter Layer: Utilizes a medical-grade H13 HEPA filter to capture ultra-fine particles down to 0.3 microns.
- Advanced Filter Layer: Combines activated carbon for gas adsorption and a U16 lab-grade ULPA filter to capture particles down to 0.12 microns.
Noise Reduction
Designed for quiet operation, the Beam Air Pro includes a three-tier noise reduction system featuring sound-absorbing sponges and specialized enclosures.
Automatic Operation
The Beam Air Pro connects to FLUX laser cutters via a USB-B cable, enabling automatic power on and off with the laser cutting process. Real-time monitoring of filter status is also available through the laser cutter's dashboard.
Adjustable Ventilation
An adjustable knob allows precise control of air ventilation, ensuring a comfortable and quiet workspace.
Compact Design
With dimensions of 682 x 384 x 608 mm and equipped with wheels, the Beam Air Pro fits conveniently under desks, making it ideal for various workspaces such as studios and classrooms.
Smart Monitoring
The Beam Air Pro features an indicator light system for filter status:
- Yellow light: Filter replacement needed
- Red light: Malfunction
- Blue light: Firmware update
