The Wasp 40100 Clay Extruder Continuous Feed System responds to the needs of the additive market in the ceramic sector in the production sector by replacing the 5l aluminium tank with a pump to print without ever running out of material. With the continuous feed, not only are the tank and compressor no longer needed, but you can also handle harder materials and print faster with consistent material flows.

Infinity Printing

Wasp 40100 Clay Extruder Continuous Feed System can be fed continuously without ever interrupting the printing process. The material, after being mixed and brought to the correct consistency for printing, can then be introduced prior to starting the system from the large side door and subsequently from the circular inlet during the printing phase.

It no longer matters that the material is compacted and degassed before being introduced, as the constant movement of the mixer has the task of removing all air bubbles.

The lower transport area has an auger which pushes the material up to the extruder mounted on the printer. The mesh tube is solid enough to work in harmony with the whole system without creating particular efforts for either the 3D printer or the Wasp 40100 Clay Extruder Continuous Feed System.

The Wasp 40100 Clay Extruder Continuous Feed System enjoys ease of disassembly, designed primarily for cleaning and maintenance.

The Wasp 40100 Clay Extruder Compatibility

The Wasp 40100 Clay Extruder Continuous Feed System is ONLY compatible with the Delta WASP 40100 Clay as a stand-alone kit and the rotation speeds of the elements can be controlled from the two integrated LCD displays.
